Occupational Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Hygienist to join our team at Americold Logistics, LLC. As an Occupational Hygienist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and guidance to facilities to ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, CDC, and DOH regulations.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Develop and implement safety and health policies and procedures.
- Provide training to employees on safety and health-related policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with facility management to ensure effective case management and quality healthcare for employees.
- Ensure effective cost controls while maintaining high-quality healthcare services.
- 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) with 3+ years of experience in occupational health.
- 20-30% travel required, mostly within the assigned region.
- Manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work.
- Ability to travel by automobile and airplane for business.
- Ability to visit warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing.
- Ability to carry loads related to travel and occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
