Guest Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Lead. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a positive experience at McDonald's.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the guest experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying their visit
- Handle guest concerns and provide resolutions to their satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App and Mobile Order & Pay features
Requirements:
- A humble and hospitable demeanor
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members)
- A desire to learn and grow
- The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
