About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Engineer to join our team at George F. Young, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team that is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist mid-level and senior engineers with engineering and technical disciplines, including site design, roadway, utilities, stormwater, permitting, and construction observation.
  • Contribute to planning, preliminary and conceptual design, construction drawings, permitting, and preparation of engineering technical reports.
  • Collaborate with experts in all civil engineering disciplines to develop and implement project plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Familiarity with CADD tools, such as MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the civil engineering field.
  • Open roadway design experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Florida Engineer in Training License is preferred.
