Autism Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Autism Support Specialist to join our team at Able Kids. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in promoting positive behavior change and empowering individuals with autism to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinical setting, implementing behavior change interventions and fine and gross motor activities.
- Implement treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Support and guide parents with the guidance of BCBAs.
- Communicate professionally with family, team, and supervisors.
- Collect data on treatment plan goals and note changes, discussing with BCBAs to make data-based decisions.
- Complete daily notes and documentation.
- Participate in orientation and trainings.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Help maintain a clean and safe clinic environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
- A deep commitment to reliability, including a reliable mode of transportation to and from the clinic.
- RBT Certification or willingness to complete a 40-hour course and test to obtain certification (company pays for course and exam).
- Compassion, experience, and willingness to work with young children.
- Willingness to receive CPR training and background check.
- Competitive hourly rate of $18/Hr, 40 hours a week, $37,440 Per Year.
