Your Role
In the role of Senior Technical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in providing technical guidance to various projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing project production, inspection, and documentation.
- Interpreting plans and schedules to identify potential conflicts and coordinating meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Assisting in the preparation of contracts, fee proposals, scopes of work, and invoices.
- Contributing to the development of project proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Tracking project submittals and conducting analyses to prepare technical studies and reports.
- Reviewing and editing reports while providing technical writing support.
- Coordinating the efforts of consultants and team members involved in project development.
- Ensuring design production aligns with specifications and regulatory standards.
- Supervising CAD work and other software-related tasks.
- Participating in meetings with clients and regulatory agencies to understand requirements and assist in business development strategies.
- Maintaining awareness of regulatory policies and ensuring compliance across the team.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is required, along with ongoing education through workshops and seminars in engineering or related fields. Candidates with a High School diploma or Associate's degree and substantial relevant experience may also be considered. Typically, candidates will have 15-20 years of experience in the field.
