The Program Manager position offers a fulfilling opportunity as you collaborate with a team and a Government client, providing essential support on a significant initiative focused on maintaining analytic work orchestration capabilities. This includes overseeing integration, governance, release train management, deployment, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), development of Orchestration Services, acceptance testing, and the enhancement of new capabilities within the operational framework.

You will serve as the main liaison for program coordination between the Contractor and the Government (CO, COR, GPMO). Working closely with Government Leads and relevant contract personnel, you will be responsible for delivering program work outputs, addressing performance issues, supervising contractor staff, and conveying overarching Government objectives and goals for the program to the contractor team. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing the relationship between our organization and the Government client, fostering trust and reliance.

We seek candidates who exhibit a robust work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to think and respond swiftly to emerging challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the execution of program support activities.
  • Create program plans, integrated timelines, and resource assessments for projects adhering to established project management methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the Government to facilitate prompt resolution of issues.
  • Align staffing needs effectively.
  • Support product reporting in accordance with Agile delivery practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • 8 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
  • 5 years of experience in managing agile-based projects with rapid and continuous delivery.
  • Proven ability to:
    • Quickly prioritize competing demands.
    • Comprehend and translate customer requirements into actionable capabilities.
    • Provide constructive feedback to technical and design teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Certification in Program Management (e.g., PMI PMP).
  • Equivalent years of work experience may substitute for degrees:
    • Junior - 0-4 years of experience.
    • Mid - 4-8 years of experience.
    • Senior - 8-12 years of experience.
    • Subject Matter Expert - 12+ years of experience.
