Job Overview

Inner Circle Physical Therapy and Myofascial Release Center is dedicated to treating each patient as a unique individual. Our focus is on a hands-on healing approach that emphasizes myofascial release and various manual therapies. These genuine treatments bridge the gap in rehabilitation, enhancing flexibility and alleviating the constraints that affect our patients' bodies.

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy and rehabilitation services within our facility.

Our team consists of experienced professionals, including 4 Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapy Assistant, all of whom have been part of our practice for over 15 years, thanks to our supportive and progressive work environment.

At Inner Circle, we prioritize continuous learning and improvement. We are looking for someone who is open-minded, deeply interested in manual therapy, self-aware, and eager to grow in their practice.

The ideal candidate is a dedicated healer who is passionate about patient wellness and committed to developing their manual skills while actively engaging in hands-on treatment and mentorship daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver ongoing physical therapy in accordance with APTA standards and state regulations.
  • Implement treatment plans for each patient based on evaluations from Senior Physical Therapists, including both short and long-term objectives, while collaborating with other staff members and involving patients and caregivers as necessary.
  • Document patient progress following approved medical and facility documentation protocols using EMR.
  • Administer manual therapy, mobility exercises, and strength training tailored to the patient's current functional level, setting achievable goals for improvement.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to patients, caregivers, and facility staff as required.
  • Assist colleagues in maintaining a safe, clean, and effective therapeutic environment.

Qualifications:
  • A degree in Physical Therapy is required. New graduates are welcome, provided they have an interest in manual therapy or a willingness to learn and practice Myofascial Release.
  • Current or in the process of obtaining a Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Assistant license.
  • Ability to work with patients aged 10 years and older.
  • Capability to manage 2 patients per hour.
  • Flexibility to commit to a work schedule of 4 days and 3 evenings, with no weekend shifts and early Friday departures.
