Job Summary

As a Data Scientist at LinkedIn, you will play a critical role in driving member engagement and business growth through data-driven insights and decision making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop algorithms and methodologies to address them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement machine learning models to drive member value and customer success
  • Collaborate with technology partners to build and validate scalable tools and applications
  • Promote and enable adoption of technical advances in Data Science

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
  • 5+ years of industry or relevant academia experience
  • Background in at least one programming language
  • Experience in applied statistics and statistical modeling
