Position Summary
We are in search of a diligent and skilled Petroleum Equipment Service Specialist to enhance our Southeastern team. The primary responsibilities of this role involve diagnosing and rectifying electronic and mechanical challenges, executing software and hardware installations, and conducting both emergency and scheduled maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately diagnose and repair client equipment.
- Deliver services in a professional manner while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Manage truck inventory and supplies effectively.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free vehicle, ensuring all scheduled maintenance is performed.
- Complete and submit detailed paperwork regarding repairs and parts utilized.
- Foster professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a petroleum service technician is essential.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment is crucial.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel throughout the designated region is required.
