Business Development Manager

Senior Access is seeking a highly skilled Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, and fundraising.
Job Summary:The Business Developer will be responsible for cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with corporate partners, developing and implementing fundraising and marketing strategies, and coordinating outreach efforts to support the organization's mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic partnerships with corporate entities to support fundraising and outreach efforts
- Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns to meet organizational goals
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing corporate partners and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the organization's growth and development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the organization's mission and services
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Executive Director and Board of Directors on fundraising and outreach efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, fundraising, and marketing
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic partnerships and fundraising campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
