Hospice Nurse Specialist

About the Role
As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you'll work with a diverse patient population, providing compassionate and high-quality care in a supportive environment. You'll have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, and chaplains, to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
