About the Role:
As an Instructional Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational success of our students. Working closely with teachers, you will assist in implementing instruction, providing individualized support to students, and reinforcing lessons through small group instruction and one-on-one guidance. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build positive relationships with colleagues, students, and parents, ensuring a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
This role involves assisting teachers with various tasks, including organizing teaching materials, preparing presentations, and documenting student progress. You will also be responsible for examining and scoring test papers, as well as providing feedback to students and parents on their performance. By working closely with teachers, you will contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt to changing student needs throughout the year.

Requirements:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with an Associate's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Required qualifications include:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
  • Minimum two years of experience working with at-risk student populations;
  • Proven experience working with instructional technology and adapting to new tools and processes;

    The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to student-centered learning and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.     What We Offer:
