About the Role

As a Custodial Lead at SBM Management Services, you will oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our staff and clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating work activities, reporting incidents, and maintaining records of training, inspections, and data collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee activities within the assigned program, including custodial, clean room, recycle, moves, and maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate and monitor work activities to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Report accidents and incidents to the supervisor immediately
  • Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of training, inspections, and data collection
  • Issue equipment and supplies as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
