About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a Production Employee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling equipment, assembling products, and ensuring seamless production flow.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and uphold our high standards of product quality, taking pride in every item that passes through your hands.
  • Prioritize safety, following our guidelines conscientiously to create a secure workplace for all.
  • Support the longevity of our machinery with regular maintenance, contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
  • Collaborate proactively with a diverse team to overcome challenges and hit production goals.
  • Drive Right First-Time performance on batch documentation.
  • Ensure production adherence to production schedule.
  • Responsible for line OEE and waste performance.
  • Balance priorities maintaining high-quality products made efficiently in a safe environment.
  • Supervise 1 to 5 operators during production shift.
Requirements
  • A background in manufacturing or production would be beneficial, but a strong desire to learn is also highly valued.
  • An aptitude for understanding and adhering to detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work actively, which might include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights.
  • A detail-oriented and reliable approach, with the drive to take initiative and achieve high-quality results.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Quality Systems preferred.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work and resources appropriate to requirements.
  • Experience of working as part of a multifunctional team, ability to network & build effective working relationships with people within the organization at all levels.
