The Role:


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Live Nation Entertainment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience at our events.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service:
    • Greet all guests at their table and ensure they have everything they need.
    • Respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items, wine lists, and other event information.
    • Inform guests of daily specials and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
    • Suggestively sell menu items, beverages, and desserts to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service:
    • Take menu and beverage orders from guests and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
    • Check food orders prior to serving to ensure they are correct and meet special requests.
    • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Service Standards:
    • Anticipate and respond to guest needs in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Respond to guest concerns or complaints regarding food or service and resolve issues promptly.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Perform opening and closing duties according to company policy.
    • Assist other team members as needed to ensure seamless service.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience:
    • 2-5 years of experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
    • Wine and liquor knowledge a plus.
  • Certifications:
    • CA Food Handlers Card required.

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

  • Working environment is fast-paced, often loud and stressful.
  • Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet.
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
