Position Overview:
Aon Corporation is seeking an Insurance Brokerage Analyst for a remote role.


As a vital member of our esteemed team, you will contribute to delivering innovative and effective solutions for our clients within the Health Solutions U.S. Broking division.

In this capacity, you will report directly to the Operations Manager.

The Aon Health Solutions U.S.

Broking team is committed to enhancing business operations through the centralization of transactions, including requests for proposal (RFPs) and renewals for various coverages such as Medical, Stop Loss, Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, and COBRA administration.

This team collaborates closely with carriers and local client teams to drive client value and thought leadership through a streamlined and efficient broking model.

The Health Solutions Brokerage Analyst will support Aon's broking delivery under the Health Solutions U.S. Broking practice.

Engages closely with local client teams, carriers, and broking center colleagues to ensure positive client outcomes for requests for proposal (RFPs) and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the Comprehensive Disclosure Statements (CDS) process to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

2. Conduct peer reviews to confirm that the National Additional Commissions (NAC) on the Comprehensive Disclosure Statements (CDS) comply with carrier and client eligibility terms.

3. Input data into proprietary tools with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

4. Review documentation and internal technological systems to ensure the U.S. Broking team has all necessary information to complete RFPs.

5. Maintain ongoing communications through various channels with key internal and external stakeholders.

6. Initiate the intake process and systematically track projects, team assignments, and documentation.

7. Schedule calls with local client teams and the U.S. Broking team.

8. Review plan design details for accuracy in benchmarking and carrier reporting.


9. Assist leadership with special projects as required, including training/coordinating training for new hires, various short-term projects, and taking on additional responsibilities for clients that can only be serviced by U.S. resources.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of relevant business experience.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.

- Excellent project management skills, including the capacity to handle several projects simultaneously.

- Professional communication skills, with strong written and verbal abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Health & Benefits.

- Knowledge of Medical, Stop Loss, Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Benefits products.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Compensation Transparency:
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $65,000 annually.

The actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.
