About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Services Manager to join our team at MGA Homecare. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.

You will work closely with our field staff, clients, and office personnel to provide exceptional support and ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and their families.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication:
  • Ensure effective communication between clients, field staff, and office personnel.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with recruiting team to address staffing needs.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
  • Demonstrate knowledge of therapy services, payer source requirements, and MGA software systems.
  • Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in customer service.
  • 1+ years' experience in management position preferred.
