Role: Client Partner

This role is focused on building close relationships with a portfolio of clients by engaging and understanding the needed strategies and objectives within a specific environment. The Client Partner will represent Slalom's technical services at assigned accounts, help set strategic direction, deliver solutions, lead/coach teams, and drive new sales and account management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Represent Slalom's technical services at assigned accounts
  • Help set strategic direction and deliver solutions
  • Lead/coach teams and drive new sales and account management
  • Build and maintain Slalom's footprint within targeted and assigned accounts
  • Drive business development with proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise
  • Partner with clients to influence strategic business and technical direction
  • Maintain a utilization target of 40%
  • Drive revenue responsibility between $4-6MM
  • Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of Slalom offerings
  • Provide oversight and governance of sold/managed engagements
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business levers for a particular client list
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 15+ years of account/delivery management experience
  • Consulting experience within a professional services-focused environment
  • Proven track record selling consulting engagements and creating value for clients
  • Advanced technical project delivery, including all aspects of program/project management
  • Previous P&L and/or revenue-generating responsibilities
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Compensation and Benefits

Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. As a result, Slalom invests in benefits that include meaningful time off and paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with a match, a range of choices for highly subsidized health, dental, and vision coverage, adoption and fertility assistance, and short/long-term disability. We also offer additional benefits such as a yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being-related expenses as well as discounted home, auto, and pet insurance.

Compensation: $180,000 to $220,000 + variable bonus. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
