Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management division in Minnetonka, MN. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to the Manufacturing organization to facilitate efficient operations within the production area, optimize existing processes, and ensure that production goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor performance of equipment, machines, and tools, and correct equipment problems or process parameters that produce non-conforming products, low yields, or product quality issues.
- Interface with Quality and Research and Development organizations to integrate new products or processes into the existing manufacturing area.
- Initiate and complete technical activities leading to new or improved products or processes, for current programs, next-generation programs, and to meet strategic goals and objectives of the company.
- Analyze and solve problems from basic engineering principles, theories, and concepts through to a wide range of complex and advanced problems that require novel and new innovative approaches or a major breakthrough in technology.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional areas.
- Working technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures.
- General understanding of business unit/group function.
- A competitive salary range of $57,300.00 - $114,000.00, depending on location.
