Job Summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center's Hematology Cellular Therapy Clinic in Dallas. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cancer center.

Responsibilities will include coordinating care for patients with Multiple Myeloma, Lymphoma, or Leukemia, assessing patients, refilling medications, and providing patient education. You will work closely with providers, multidisciplinary teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, completing billing procedures, and preparing equipment for medical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates care for patients with Multiple Myeloma, Lymphoma, or Leukemia

Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program
  • BSN preferred
  • One (1) year RN experience required
  • Current Texas (or BNE Compact State) nursing license
  • A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) are required
