Job Title: Assistant Treasurer

Join Enerpac Tool Group Corp. as an Assistant Treasurer and take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical and leadership skills. As a key member of the Treasury Department, you will be responsible for managing financial risk, developing and implementing effective treasury management systems, and overseeing the development of financial models and analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial risk as it relates to treasury operations, including interest rate, FX, and insurable risk
  • Analyze and recommend potential alternative financing structures and explain their impact on EPS, balance sheet, tax effects, and financial ratios
  • Manage and negotiate bank and brokerage relationships
  • Develop and implement cash management operational strategies
  • Assess foreign exchange risk and implement hedge programs and strategies
  • Monitor and prepare loan covenant compliance
  • Review monthly key reported financials, including cash, debt, FX gain/loss, and interest expense
  • Support M&A activity related to treasury functions, including finance modeling, due diligence, and treasury integration
  • Ensure proper controls are in place for regulatory requirements, such as FBAR, SOX, FAFCA, and Dodd-Frank
  • Oversee all back-office support for in-house banking, netting, and pooling
  • Assist with insurance coverages, real estate management, or specialized financing as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or real estate required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in relevant financial roles of increasing responsibility in financial management
  • Supervisory experience
  • Good understanding of bank credit agreement provisions, capital markets, and macro-economic trends
  • Experience in a global organization required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with HFM and/or Oracle systems
  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS
Work Environment:

The primary work environment is a temperature-controlled office setting, but may also include typical warehouse environments on occasion, where following appropriate safety protocols at the location would be required.

Employee will be exposed to low levels of noise in an office.
