The position will lead a team of Supply Chain Analysts, Demand Planners and Buyers, responsible for forecasting, buying and tracking all finished goods from domestic and international suppliers. Managing finished goods inventory levels across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 10 or more years' experience in various management/leadership roles in purchasing/supply chain environments.
  • Managing Inbound 3PL vendors to ensure inventory serviceability.
  • Prior experience sourcing from APAC region suppliers.
  • Prior experience supervising demand planner staff resources.
  • Project Management experience; Strong negotiation skills; Coaching/mentoring management regarding strategic initiatives, employee management, counseling employees, motivating and training.
