Job Summary
Aiken Regional Medical Centers is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Post Surgical department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients recovering from surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies and standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care and recovery strategies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Current South Carolina nursing license and BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications may be required in certain specialties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
