About the Opportunity

Responsibilities
  • Perform patient history and physical examinations in accordance with hospital policy and regulations.
  • Establish differential diagnoses and communicate findings with physicians.
  • Order lab and diagnostic procedures as necessary.
  • Synthesize data to determine primary diagnosis and therapeutic plan.
  • Recognize and report any changes in patient condition to hospitalist physicians.
Qualifications
  • Current South Carolina Nurse Practitioner's license with authorization for prescriptive authority.
  • Three to five years experience in acute care hospital medicine preferred.
  • ACLS certification required.
Salary and Benefits
  • Estimated salary range: $125,000 - $155,000 per year.
