Job Summary:

As a skilled Nurse Clinician III, you will possess the knowledge and expertise to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role requires a competent clinician who can function as a member of the interdisciplinary team, providing problem-focused and patient-centered care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as developing and individualizing care plans. Your expertise will be utilized to manage unexpected or emergency situations, and you will serve as a resource for Nurse Clinician I or II.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Develop and individualize care plans
Execute physician's orders for assigned patients
Administer medications and treatments
Perform routine technical procedures/skills in specialty area assigned
Provide patient/family teaching and health promotion
Coordinate and prioritize patient care activities
Demonstrate effective time management skills
Delegates appropriately and seeks guidance when needed

Requirements:

RN with two years of clinical RN experience
Current license or valid permit to practice in Texas
Current BLS required

Work Schedule:
Nights
