As a skilled and experienced Nurse Clinician III, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices to provide informed and compassionate care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Minimum two years of clinical RN experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience in emergency department settings.
