Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our Northeast Municipal Engineering Services Group at Hoyle, Tanner and Associates, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of civil engineering design professionals in delivering creative, cost-effective, and quality solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate design efforts, prepare calculations, layouts, estimates, and design plans.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and scopes of services.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and CAD teammates.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
  • Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in NH, MA, ME, or VT, with ability to obtain reciprocal licenses.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, HydroCAD, and other related design software.
