About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at EXXEED, a growth-minded company dedicated to providing Smart People SolutionsTM that drive client success.

As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in extracting valuable insights from large and complex datasets for client projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Acquisition and Cleaning
    • Source and collect relevant data from various internal and external sources.
    • Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Develop data pipelines and automation workflows for efficient data management.
  • Data Analysis and Modeling
    • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
    • Develop and apply statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques to solve complex problems.
    • Evaluate model performance and iterate on improvements.
  • Data Visualization
    • Create clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
    • Develop interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Business Impact
    • Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
    • Measure and evaluate the impact of data-driven initiatives on business outcomes.
  • Research and Development
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
    • Explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance our data capabilities.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R, including libraries like NumPy, pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
