Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team at VocoVision. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in School Psychology or a related field and valid Montana state certification as a School Psychologist. The School Psychologist will work with students in various grade levels within the school district, conducting virtual psychological assessments and providing virtual counseling and guidance services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Provide virtual counseling and guidance services to students, addressing their social-emotional needs and promoting positive mental health.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement behavior intervention strategies and support plans.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to the development of appropriate interventions and accommodations for students with special needs.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid Montana state certification as a School Psychologist, or willingness to obtain before the start date.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and strategies for supporting students' mental health and learning.
  • Familiarity with virtual platforms and technology for conducting remote assessments and counseling sessions.
