Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans to achieve desired outcomes
  • Build relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide compassionate and effective care
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a care plan that addresses the unique needs of each patient
  • Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a specialized field of study in nursing
  • Current and valid nursing license
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
  • 1 year of ICU RN experience required
