This approach is not only more fulfilling for dental teams, but also more beneficial for the patient.The Patient Care Coordinator RoleWe are looking for someone with at least 1 year of dental experience who will ensure outstanding customer service for our patients by supporting a friendly and efficient team, overseeing the flow of the practice, and providing problem-solving skills for all issues. Be the first and last impression for all patients. You will be wearing many hats, so a multi-tasker who works well under pressure is a must. We are looking for someone that is approachable and hard working. SkillsOversight of daily operations including scheduling, billing, and project managementEnsures schedule is booked and confirmed according to office protocolCoordinating and overseeing marketing and referral effortManage accounts receivables to include patient and insuranceAnalyze business and financial data to recognize and build on strengths, provide daily feedback to improve weak areas of performance and identify anomalies occurring in the practiceHelping with patient and team issues and concernsAchieve financial performance and revenue growth goals while supporting our culture and missionThe Patient Care Coordinator we are looking for:Demonstrates strong patient care and communication skillsDental background Is excited about collaborating with a dental teamIs adaptable to new ways of working in a dental officeDentrix knowledge is a plus
