Practice Details

Located just minutes from Lake Michigan, this pediatric practice offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated physician to join our team.

We are seeking a full-time pediatrician to join our practice, working 40 hours per week with a minimum of 28 hours available for patient appointments, minimum 4 days per week. Part-time employment opportunities are also available.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric sub-specialties and be comfortable with a high-volume patient load of 18-22 patients per day. EPIC access and remote access from home are available.

Our competitive compensation package includes a compensation guarantee, production bonus, quality bonus, and value-based bonus. Additionally, we offer 160 hours of time off per fiscal year, escalating to 264 hours upon contract renewal, and participate in on-call coverage (varies by region).

We are proud to offer a 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist team and clinic hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays. The opportunity to teach and mentor medical students from MCW-Green Bay is also available.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, short & long term disability, life insurance, retirement plans (401k & 457b), and professional liability insurance. A CME stipend of $5,000 per fiscal year and 80 hours of time off are also included.

Relocation assistance of up to $12,000 is available to support your transition to our practice.
