ROLE OVERVIEW

Evaluates and treats patients, maintaining open communication with patients, clients, and colleagues. Ensures accurate documentation of services in patient records. Conducts ongoing training sessions for patients, clients, and colleagues regarding rehabilitative techniques. Executes all responsibilities in accordance with established medical standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Exhibits commitment to the organization's mission, values, and ethical principles.Projects a positive and professional demeanor that reflects the organization's mission and encourages collaboration among team members. Supports colleagues and fosters teamwork by sharing information that aids in achieving shared objectives.Guarantees fair treatment of all residents, demonstrating kindness, dignity, and respect while safeguarding their rights at all times.Respects the personal and property rights of all residents while performing duties, including knocking before entering a resident's room.Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures.Oversees Therapist Assistants and therapy students in delivering direct patient care to implement care plans and patient-related activities in line with state practice laws and reimbursement guidelines.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain a license in the service state.High school diploma or equivalent required.Dedication to consistently providing high-quality, individualized care with integrity, compassion, respect, and dignity in alignment with the company's mission. Upholding the values of care and compassion, community, integrity, teamwork, innovation, and safety.Ability to represent the company in an ethical and professional manner, while being accountable for actions.
