CareerPaths NW is seeking an experienced Maintenance Repair Estimator to join our team. As a leading provider of HVAC services, we require a skilled professional to establish and maintain a reliable network of subcontractors, accurately quote maintenance and repair needs, and engage in technical sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain a reliable network of subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Accurately quote maintenance and repair projects, ranging from small to large-scale projects, to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Engage in technical sales to secure new business and projects, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships.
- Collaborate with our team of 18 service technicians to funnel leads and ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage the quoting and estimation process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.
- Drive company vehicles and adhere to company policies, including random drug testing.
**Requirements**
- At least 35 years of experience specifically in commercial HVAC estimating.
- Proven ability to accurately estimate and quote HVAC maintenance and repair projects.
- Strong network of subcontractors and industry contacts to ensure timely project completion.
- Excellent technical sales skills to secure new business and projects.
- Clean drug test and ability to pass random drug tests.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
**Compensation and Benefits**
- Commission structure: 2% net commission on net profit after the first million sold.
- Clawback provision in place to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
