  • Experience in operating within a machine shop environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in industrial maintenance or a related field would be advantageous.
