Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Oncology/Transplant team at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. As a member of our team, you will provide direct patient care to patients with various forms of cancer, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Arkansas or eligible for licensure by endorsement.
  • One year of experience in medical oncology or transplant nursing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
