Program Integration Lead

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Program Integration Lead to support the development of project segments for the High-Speed Rail (HSR) program. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Engineer of Strategic Delivery and the Assistant Director of Strategic Delivery to ensure the successful delivery of project segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a program-wide framework for the integration of infrastructure, rail, and station design, construction, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with different program functions and branches to ensure a consistent approach to schedule, cost, and risk management.
  • Establish communication protocols to incorporate program integration into program funding, procurement, and delivery.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure the consistent delivery of project segments prior to construction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Experience in coordination with different program functions and branches, including design, risk management, and program controls.
  • Understanding of program development of multi-disciplinary rail programs across multiple contract interfaces.
  • Program integration experience in complex and large-scale rail projects or programs in the frontend stage of project development.
