Key Responsibilities- Assist senior management in developing and executing our reinsurance strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Lead complex actuarial projects, providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders on reinsurance-related matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality actuarial services, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks, applying this knowledge to inform our reinsurance strategy and advisory services.
- 8+ years of experience in reinsurance, actuarial consulting, or a related field.
- ACAS, FCAS, or similar actuarial credential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience with financial modeling, consulting, and reinsurance-related analytics.
- Proficiency in R, SQL, Python, or similar languages.
