**Speech and Language Pathologist Role Overview**

At Teach Me Personnel LLC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication needs and develop personalized treatment plans
* Collaborate with behavior analysts and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
* Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support language development and communication skills
* Consult with caregivers and families to ensure effective communication and support strategies

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
* Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (preferred)
* Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Oklahoma state board
* At least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism
