Salary Range: $55K to $67K based on experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in Human Resources, covering Employee Relations, Training, Recruitment, and Compensation/Benefits.
  • Strong independent working capabilities and sound judgment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with experience in Workday being a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for HR meetings.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM certification is a plus.
