About the Role

The Multi-Practice Physician Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple physician practices. This individual will ensure that all practices operate efficiently and effectively, providing high-quality patient care while meeting regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between physicians, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve practice efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to office coordinators and other staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of reports and documentation, including Meditech documentation.
  • Maintain open communication with providers and staff to ensure optimal office operation and patient experience.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in physician practice management or healthcare administration.
  • Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and patients.
  • Proficient in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed, with a regular schedule to visit all practices at least weekly.
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
