Higher Education Retail Specialist

Job Description: The Higher Education Retail Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the General Manager or Director in the overall success of the higher education retail operation. This includes managing the day-to-day service of the operation, planning and supervising special functions, maintaining cash controls and payroll records, and overseeing the hiring of frontline team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day service of the operation
- Plan and supervise special functions
- Maintain cash controls and payroll records
- Oversee the hiring of frontline team members

Requirements:
- 2 years of retail operational management experience
- Strong background in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, and/or related food service operations
- Experience with cash retail operations
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet

Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
