As a Load and Performance Testing Specialist at ADM, you will be instrumental in ensuring the robustness and efficiency of our applications. This role involves creating and executing comprehensive load and performance testing scenarios across various projects with diverse complexities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement load and performance testing strategies that align with enterprise objectives.
- Collaborate with application product teams to provide insights and recommendations on testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Engage hands-on with enterprise-level performance tools, both cloud-based and on-premises.
- Design, write, and execute detailed test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
- Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to enhance system performance.
- Work across multiple protocols and systems to ensure optimal application response and overall system performance.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend necessary infrastructure adjustments based on testing outcomes.
- Maintain active involvement in test execution, automation, and risk coverage analysis.
- Report any issues related to testing quality, preparation, or timelines to project management.
- Conduct post-project defect analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field, along with five years of progressive experience in a related capacity.
Additionally, candidates should have:
- Four years of experience in software quality assurance and testing using tools such as HPE/Micro Focus LoadRunner and/or Neotys Neoload.
- Experience in SAP performance testing.
- Proficiency in utilizing tools like New Relic, Splunk, Neoload, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Git for performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools including NMON, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, CA Wily, and Vsphere.
Work Environment:
This position allows for flexibility with the possibility of remote work. The role may require up to 5% domestic travel.
