Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project scope, budgets, and delivery schedules for each assignment.
  • Participate in industry conferences and associations to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development activities for the water/wastewater market.
  • Work with senior staff to manage clients in the region.
  • Coordinate execution of projects with other disciplines.
  • Develop and manage small to large design projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare construction packages and cost estimates for water/wastewater systems.
  • Perform detailed engineering calculations and analysis.
  • Supervise and support junior-level engineers and design/drafting technical staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10 years of progressively responsible experience in water/wastewater engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or an MBA.
  • 15 years of progressively responsible experience in water/wastewater engineering.
  • Secondary certification in water/wastewater operations or a related field.
