Job Overview

Beach Front Property Management Inc is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our properties and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

  • Reporting to: Regional Supervisor(s)
  • Position Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt
  • Location: Long Beach, CA
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Hourly Rate: $20.00 to $22.00
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Train and mentor Property Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and resident satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to their concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of property management experience
  • Proficiency in Yardi software
  • Familiarity with California property management policies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems and delegate tasks effectively
