**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

**Benefits:**

**Additional Pay:**
- 2nd shift differential: $3.00/hour
- 3rd shift differential: $2.00/hour
- Weekend shift differential: $4.00/hour
- Pay in lieu of benefits: $3.00 extra per hour
