Job Summary

About the Role

  • Provide personalized care to patients, respecting their dignity and individual needs.
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff, ensuring prompt attention to patient needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Dedicated to providing high-quality patient care, adhering to professional standards and best practices
