Maintenance Director

The Caretakers Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee our property maintenance division in the Gauteng region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, growing, and delivering exceptional maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site visits to identify property maintenance issues and develop solutions
- Draft detailed reports on findings and compile costings for projects
- Allocate projects to maintenance teams and ensure timely completion
- Monitor and improve maintenance processes to increase efficiency and profitability
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the maintenance division
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored maintenance solutions
- Proven experience in property maintenance with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite programs
