- Implement the E.C.E.T. (Every Customer, Every Time) approach in all customer engagements
- Assist in training team members, managing store openings and closings, and enforcing operational guidelines
- Remain updated on promotions and achieve daily operational objectives set by leadership
- Contribute to merchandising efforts, maintain store cleanliness, and manage inventory
- Support in processing new shipments and organizing stock areas
- Work collaboratively with the team to foster a positive store atmosphere and enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and organizational capabilities
- Ability to excel in a dynamic retail setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in retail and supervisory roles
