**Job Summary**

Uhlife is seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious Aquatics Safety Specialist to join our team. As an Aquatics Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our members while they enjoy our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor the pool deck and maintain safety on water slides
  • Rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer first aid
  • Ensure swimmers are aware of potentially dangerous swim areas and activities
  • Keep the pool area clean and orderly to ensure the safety of the members

**Requirements:**

  • Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
  • Lifeguard and First Aid Certified
  • Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Uhlife products and services
  • Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping
  • Ability to tread water for 1 minute
  • Ability to swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom of the pool and swim the brick to the top without stopping
  • Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs

**Preferred Requirements:**

  • 6 months of customer service experience
